That was wrong.
He was held liable for sexual assault. And THEN he was found liable for defaming the victim of that sexual assault. Twice. Not once, as George said, but twice.
As you can see, George was wrong. It wasn't rape. It was a legally different thing called sexual assault. And defamation two times, not once.
And how do you prove that he was lying and not wrong?
As I was told many times that when someone settles a lawsuit it doesn't mean they actually did it. It was just easier to pay it out and make the problem go away.
