i think Dems and Republicans both profit heavily from the system as it is, but I don't see how Trump will be the solution. he didn't accomplish much for the US in his first term, other than providing a short-term boost to the economy, and i think the next four years will be focused again on his personal plans. that'll be a political shock, but maybe not a helpful one. we'll see.
