Once pardoned, you CAN be compelled to testify. Pleading the 5th is no longer an option and a judge can hold you in contempt if you refuse...and put you into a holding cell until you do testify. Then you better tell the truth and not perjure yourself. Hunter could be compelled to testify against Daddy...pardoning him may not have been the best move.
