Marx was demented. He wrote poems and plays extolling his love for Mephistopheles. His dad thought he was possessed. Marx himself said he preferred hell.
He never held a job or worked a single day in his pathetic life. He never once visited a business for any kind of research on the dichotomy between the worker and the managers, yet people think he was an expert on how businesses work.
He freeloaded off of his inlaws, his parents and Engels all his life.
He understood human nature but he abhorred it and wanted to control people because he thought his ideas would bring true progress. History has clearly shown what a colossal failure his ideas are. His writing are the cause of over 100 million murders and extreme poverty. He essentially created the 3rd world. Most 3rd world countries are either socialist, communist or fascist.
It's not his followers who don't share his views, it's Marx's view that people live under the rule of the collective. Maybe Marx didn't understand, or most likely didn't care, that living like that brings misery and death.
If Marx had ever found his way into any political power the world wouldn't be pointing their fingers at Hitler as pure evil, they would be pointing them at Marx. BTW Hitler was a huge fan of Marx. They both hated Jews. But then there weren't to many people Marx liked.
Aside from his long suffering wife and Fredrick Engels every other friend Marx had dumped him after awhile, even those who mentored him or agreed with him.
