But with hiring with DEI you don't get quality employees, just ones that check the DEI boxes. Whereas if you hire on MEI you get better qualified individuals for employees. So I don't know why they'd want to go back to DEI.

Anyone who applied for a job to a company that has/had a DEI program should be able to join in a class action lawsuit for damages.
