WWWEEELLL. . .in science fiction, at least what used to be called sci-fi, it was fine to have alien races to have more than two sexes. Humans always are two sexes period. If there were humans that were 'trans' or whatever they were seen as a genetic dead end.

And they want to act like WE don’t understand science?! They literally forgot the difference between male and female reproductive organs 💀
