The Latino population is beginning to question democrat values and especially prices. For the first time in California history a minimum wage increase was voted down. A proposition to increase penalties for theft and shoplifting was passed by a large majority. There are signs of hope but the leftist machine is in total control and will fight to preserve that control.

The people will do what governments refuse, the history of every country confirms it. Without real justice you will get vigilantes. I can see a point where the public will be forced to protect mom and pop stores.
