Unless the unjust rulings can be overturned then the official ruling will remain on their records as citizens with all the attendant and permanent penalties thereof. A pardon would end-run that stigma to some extent. But I agree that overturning the rulings would be even better.

Your source is literally, "I saw it somewhere, trust me". And I'm telling you the "conspiracy theory" is that a small number of individuals within the J6 crowd, most notably Ray Epps, were federal agents tasked with inciting the breach, not that the crowd was made up entirely of federal agents.
