If Joe Biden resigned, Kamala Harris would become the president in spite of the election loss, for a short time at least.

That would give Kamala the chance to get rid of the MAGA party

Not only the switch should be president she would make those 45-47 hats look real stupid and she wouldn't have to be standing there affirming Trump's electoral votes which I don't think would be right.
