Well, if it could ever be said to be alive, yes I believe it still is.

Due to adequate precautions to prevent systemic Dem Party cheating again, the popular vote selected the popular candidate for the presidency. The Electoral College also functioned as designed. We still have a perfectly functional Constitutional Republic in spite of the butt-hurt feelings of the collective authoritarian-minded political Left. So it goes.
