It's a government/democrat mayor problem. Since they can't lynch/segregate anymore they have to find other ways to make Blacks miserable. First they did this by wrecking common morals like 'nuclear family', proper education, job training, holding a job, and belief in God among Blacks. Then they got Blacks hooked on government dependency while letting things like crime fester in Black neighborhoods. Finally there is the continuously trying to cause racial strife and even violence between Blacks and other skin colors.
And if people think gov/dems won't do crap against people with different skin colors then guess again. CRT was aimed at Whites. The stuff that was done against Asians like being attacked on the street because they were Asian or denying their college applications when there was no reason to do so. Oh, and lets not forget the Reservations which are nothing but open air prisons.
