Hmmm there is only one requirement needed. You just gotta make a Overseer design for them since Tronus changes the designs of those that work for them. Its ususally dark armor thats like him, a unqiue helmet, or in this case, a darker robe with some Dark matter on it

Maybe they could work for Tronus tryna maybe gain knowlage of Dark Matter? Overseers will gain lots of power and gain the power of Dark Matter Wielding which will be useful.
