what country do you live in? My Uncle lived in Poland, My Family friend lived in Bulgaria and my childhood BFF lived in Cuba, they all escaped the horrors of communism.

You sound like it's just the latest fashion, why not ask a political dissident in China who's on the "organ donor" list, seeing as they biotype all prisoners so once someone needs a liver it gets sold to the highest bidder and the prisoner suffers an "unexpected death".
