So much of this meme is incorrect and it leaves out 95% of the facts.

All of them. Try reading local news from the beginning of the the story through the court ruling.

What if he doesn’t live in the locale? Why be snarky? Just tell him those “facts”. Show everyone how smart you are.

Non citizen sounds undocumented or illegal to me but that's how the "news" framed it, if a person is not a legal citizen of the US they should not be allowed to vote but it seems someone can still be dripping wet from the waters of the Rio Grande as they're entering the polling station and no questions will be asked.

Local news is readily searchable on the internet. To do it justice would entail a lengthy narrative not suitable for comments.

The bottom line:
The high court ruled county officials lack the authority to change the voters’ statuses because those voters registered long ago and had attested under the penalty of law that they are citizens. The justices also said the voters were not at fault for the database error.
