Obviously I’m targeting those who are trying to criminalize free speech. You might need to brush up on your meme comprehension.

criminalizing free speech? are you serious? it's misinformation. what if food says "gluten free" on the packaging but it isn't gluten free? is that free speech?

Who gets to decide what is “Misinformation?” It used to be misinformation that the earth revolves around the sun.

nobody decides what it is. it's stuff that just isn't true. like deep fakes of people promoting products, when they didn't actually. that isn't subjective, it's just untrue. that's what he made illegal. are you seriously in favor of harmful AI technology that's lying about what people say?

How about “Many fine people” referring to the neo Nazis — something that is clearly debunked. The “losers and suckers” hoax? The “bloodbath” hoax?

None of those were debunked.
"very fine people" and "bloodbath" are Trump's own words, only sometimes taken out of context or misinterpreted.
"Suckers" and "losers" were said privately, not publicly like the other ones, so Trump supporters question the validity as they were provided by eyewitnesses as opposed to video of Trump saying it.

Deliberately taking out of context falls in the perimeters to make “Materially deceptive content.”
