I guess I was wrong they were Spanish speaking guys hunting volture to eat somewhere in the Midwest and had no clue that birds of pray are illegal to hunt.

Still, a lot of vulture species worldwide that used to be common are now endangered to critically endangered. I never thought I'd live to see the day that vultures, along with giraffes and bumblebees, were endangered.

Lucky they were caught hunting a eagle and sent to federal prison where they were deported but I do believe one was a return illegal who was on a second deportation. So it just shows our immigration system is broken and non existent. This happened in 2023.
