Isn't threatening to shoot up the school against the law? Maybe I'm wrong. Paradise, you may have a solution. FBI can't be everywhere. Censorship is a labor-intensive job.

Communicating threats is already a crime, Jr. If they were enforced as written this would be prevented. But it was ignored to make a case for laws that infringe on the law-abiding. No red flags would be necessary if the law was enforced, and these lives would be saved.

Excuse me? They interviewed him a year ago. He had no mechansim in place toactually perform the threats. Hence....nothing done....

He still threatened someone or his school. I get his father being in trouble for buying him a gun, but something still should’ve been done when he threatened whatever it was that he did, since it’s a crime, whether or not you have the means to carry out your threat.

Yes, it is. Someone in a school I went to got arrested for a school shooting threat and they didn’t own a gun.
