In LobCorpIcon Lobotomy Corporation, the Extraction Team was responsible for extracting E.G.O. from the AbnormalityIcon Abnormalities using Cogito, the singularity of Lobotomy Corporation. After the White Nights and Dark Days, the Seed of Light was spread throughout the City, and some denizens gained the ability to manifest their own E.G.O. If one fails to manifest their E.G.O. and gives in to their negative emotions, they may become a DistortionIcon Distortion instead.

Although E.G.O. are manifested from a specific individual, anyone who can use E.G.O. can use another individual's E.G.O. This comes with a risk, as using another person's E.G.O. is akin to putting the shell of another individual's ego around oneself. This can cause one to lose oneself to the E.G.O., or risk not being able to draw out the equipment's true potential.

My idea is kinda like a super power because you could say it’s like that but it’s more like a reflex that activates when a specific skill has been met and becomes a part of the user’s mind so only the user can use that specific ability sort of like an extra organ that just grew for no reason and no one knew the reason as to why it started appearing in people’s bodies

That's, basically the same concept of my Mortal Energy.
Just that to manifest (from now on I'll refer to the act of manifesting Mortal Energy as "manifesting") you need extreme amounts of emotional tension and very high willpower.
Manifesting gives you either a weapon, armor, or both, or a physical enhancement.
It all depends on your personality, state of mind and other psychological stuff.
Your concept is very similar to Manifesting.

So basically Sub was so good at engineering that he reached his “awakening” point and the organ activated and this let him make much more advanced things out of the same materials he just needed a lot more time like if he wanted to make another CC from scratch it’d take him a good 4 years just to get the body done and another 2 years to transfer the consciousness of a person into the body so basically his power is “If I can think it I can build it”
