Translation: Kamala has two policy settings. The first is what she got from her self-avowed Marxist father; and it is as popular with the public as a sip of swamp-water. The second is whatever policy Trump has promoted; which she outright steals.
But that second one is okay because everyone who's actually bothered to do background vetting of Kamala knows that she intends to toss those stolen Trump policies aside if she becomes president in favor of pushing forward her daddy's Marxist ideas instead.
