To some extent. As a capitalist, I invest my time and some of my money in an enterprise. I work my ass off to get it off the ground. Eventually, I am able to employ one or two people and am able to expand my reach. After a few years, I have enough business and am able to hire talented people to manage the day to day operation, which frees up my time to seek other opportunities to invest in. Everyone wins…my customers win, my employees win, my community wins (taxes), and I win.

Communism simply isn't the way to go, it never worked and never will. And as RunawayTrain mentioned, you're ignoring all the charities and nonprofit organizations within capitalist societies.
