If you do not have someone that directs people to do certain jobs then nothing will ever get done, that is why construction has foremans, if everone starts doing everything all at once nothing will get done. Supervision and people in charge make jobs go smoothly, I been working for 35 years , I was a laborer, I was a foreman, and now I am a partner.
