When the Second amendment says arms, it does not differentiate between small arms and heavy arms. The Colonists used heavy arms against the Red Coats, as well small arms.

Agreed. I have no problem with it. I do have a problem with a neighbor firing his gun into the air in a crowd or his 105mm over a town.
