Why is not NY in the top 5 worst? Commute sucks, housing sucks, cost of living sucks, crime sucks. On a serious note, glad my state is not listed in top 10 best, don't want any more of them commiefornians moving here. Oddly Texas is #3 I thought San Antonio was very affordable and had a great time there. Wonder who makes those lists...
