Yes. She is half black ofc, and grew up culturally Indian, but what became a 'travesty' was her self identification. For this new campaign she needs to be just black, cus she officially needs the black vote. You wouldn't think that was something you had to pander to, to get.
No one but identity obsessed people care and make it an issue, but the interviewer asked Trump about her identity as a black woman, and not whether she is one or the other.
It's all just a Progressive tactic, and the right is forced to participate
