She was in the VP slot, not the POTUS slot.

In other words, the dems voted for her for VP.

She's been installed in the POTUS position on the ticket, by Dem party elites.

That is the exact opposite of a "democratic' process.

I would expect a fair, democratic, and open process. Not the coup --> then installation that your elites have pulled off.

Wow, again with the bliss - there's zero chance there would be another Republican primary if Trump decided to flee his mortal coil at this point in time. Those things are expensive and run by the states, not the parties.

There's probably a good 20-30% chance we'll get to see this play out - I guess we'll both stay tuned.

There is no law saying that the Democrats need anyone to vote for a candidate in a primary. General elections yes. There are rules set up beforehand to select candidates. The DNC can circumvent those rules as they see fit. Like replacing a bad bet.

The thing is, they'll have to work with the various states to re-write their rules that would prevent this from happening, legally. Most people are a bit short on their civics knowledge, but our presidential elections aren't national and aren't controlled by the DNC. States hold their own elections for POTUS and each state can have its own laws / rules.

I forget which state or states, but in some cases Biden would have to die to not be on the ballot, legally. Clearly that law will have to be re-written by the Dems at the last minute to try and steal this election. Just like they illegally modified PA's laws in 2020. In other words, they've done it before and they know how to very un-democratically do whatever the hell they want.
