Essentially Nancy is conceding the Presidential win to Trump and is going to be focusing DNC funding to House and Senate races. Kamala is just a place holder while she has the colluding Mainstream Media double-down on their dumping on Trump.

She has the $96 million in the joint Biden-Harris campaign coffers. It can only go to the party, not a different candidate, if she is not the nominee.
