The field commander, site director, or whoever the lead Secret Service agent would be in charge of securing perimeters. She is responsible for assigning that Agent. She should fire that person whomever it was.
Completely incompetant to be head of SS ,she blew every basic safeguard she should of had in operation at TRUMP ralley. A lot of people think it was intentional and shes not scoring any points with that comment like you said
