Stream banning concept(abilities for specific actions can be customized)

That's a good idea, especially the implementation! Although, there are workarounds in this form for viewing stream posts and commenting (and flagging, if that were implemented as well)... If you know the image ID of an image (for this image, that's the 8ww7vg) you can access the image like normal, as if you were sent it via memechat...
