Nah, because drugs shouldn't be illegal at all. Read the limitations on the federal government in the constitution.

Flooding the streets with narcotics would be the final nail in the coffin of America. We see microcosms of legal drugs in democrat run cities, needles in the streets, people shooting up in public, assault, robbery, and everything else rotten addicts bring to society. That is not a place I would want my kids to grow up in and I got 3 of them to look out for.

Drug addicts need a insane asylum to live in so they don't inundated society with the problems that drugs bring. If society is ok with jail, and people in society can't help stop the drug addict and we want the war on drugs to end the only logical solution is to have a governmental system that allows drug addicts to live within confined walls with drug access, but the only way to leave is to stop doing drugs.... But prescription drugs can wreck havoc on lives and families to, so no matter what the big scary world will always be messy. Knowing right from wrong is key.

Or we can destroy the cartels that import the shit into our country.. destroy the gangs that produce the meth, and put major restrictions on pharmaucital companies that produce the opioids. If we actually had the will to end the drug market we could.

It still wouldn't solve drug addiction because for one the health care profession provides drugs that mimic uppers and downers which in some cases help addicts. Most of the children with these so called issues in school are dealing with parental guidance issues and parental tolerance issues. Most parents work day and night to keep a family stable, but kids are crazy, and the school system tells parents they need to seek psychological help for the child who is then given medication, which will in return cause future drug addicts. America has a chemical imbalance and it goes beyond banning drugs and catching ring leaders, but it would be nice to get rid of the underground black market. That sure would help.
