Second of all your bridge port example is a bad one because that was a Democratic primary….and fraud was not charged they were charged with election misconduct because they took absentee ballots and didn’t process them correctly by taking those ballots and putting them in drop boxes. (They got lazy.) The judge correctly ordered and had the primary done over which the candidate won anyway.

1 is a clear cut case of not just voter fraud but undermining election officials in a federal election.
