Like it just sounds like capitalist horsecrap

Who will bake your bread, who will make your bed. Who can get free labor from the shoe maker, the brick layer, the house painter and the sex worker. It hard to explain if a person can’t grasp the simplistic of concepts.

All the hippie communes of the 1960’s disintegrated because the productive members got fed up with the freeloaders.

Which are you, productive or free loader?

My guess would be whiner.

Did someone’s parents never require chores to be done?

You can try living with the Aboriginals in the outback. They erect no permanent structures, herd no animals nor cultivate any crops. That’s as close as you will get. Or maybe move in with Bushman in the Kalahari. Or maybe the indigenous rainforest tribe in Brazil where everyone lives in one hut and gets an equal share of monkey meat. Expect to pull your weight in any of those societies.

In capitalism, you are free to trade your time, effort and knowledge. You also are free to choose not to trade.
Under Marxist systems your time and effort are property of the state. The state tells you where, when and how long you work each day. The state tells you what you receive in return. You are NOT free. You might not transact in cash for rent or medical, but nothing is “free”.
