In context here, regarding the OP claiming that President Joe Biden is "performing an act" "wandering off" in order to avoid trial for whatever alleged crimes....which kind of combines the 2 ideas the right often seems to like to think.... (that Joe Biden is completely bat sh*t cuckoo senile AND yet somehow is also a criminal mastermind. )
