It's doable IF he gets finds a genuinely honest -- non-RINO -- attorney general. He had no luck with that whatsoever during his first term; and so it depends on IF he's learned a damn thing.

He has already learned which Rinos recommended people that gave him bad advice, he will never trust them again. I suspect he already has a short list of DC regulars he trusts.
