You Should Err On The Side of Life

I've put up a very big series on this subject because essentially every argument against "pro-choice" is a discussion ender. I have never come across a subject that is so one-sided and easy to win as this one. Seriously, the people who are "pro-choice" are always within two steps of saying "I just want to murder babies." That's all they can say. "I think it's okay to murder babies. They're parasites. I want to murder them. Because I'm an amoral and disgusting piece of human tissue."

It is about replacement, the end goal that is. Americans have too many freedoms and make lots of money.

Pregnancy can hurt a woman's body

pro-choice is pro-life

having a child you don't want is morally wrong

...so murdering it in utero is okay.

Yeah, you walked right into that one, bud. If pregnancy can hurt a woman's body she can do things to not get pregnant- like, for example, and I don't know if you've heard of this, but abstaining from sex? Yeah, if she's worried about a pregnancy hurting her body then abstaining from sex is probably her best option. And pregnancy doesn't hurt the female body as much as you say or we wouldn't be here having this discussion right now. Women have been getting pregnant throughout history and continue to do so despite your apparent warnings.

Men can get many women pregnant in one day but women can only get pregnant once every 9 months

How about we look at the men first

I will hold any man accountable for asking his woman, whatever status she is to him, if she'll get an abortion. I'd say it's completely fair to try him as an accessory to murder. So my condemnation of abortion does not stop at women at all. It is fully inclusive.

I think it's more immoral for a woman to have a child she doesn't want than for her to get an abortion

Why? She can put the baby up for adoption if she doesn't want it.

What if the "woman" is a 9 year old?

My best compromise with pro-abortion advocates is when the life of the mother is at risk it's okay. I consider the mother's life to always outweigh the baby's as she's a viable, developed person. I'm not sure who considers the life of the baby more important but I do think that's pretty weird to think that way.

So, there’s a simple solution: if you don’t want one, don’t make one.

What about rape

Statistically less than 1% of such tragedies result in conception. Also in such cases medical treatment may be had that can prevent it from happening. Even if that doesn’t happen thousands would be willing to adopt. We don’t live by “What if.”

If you're against killing children, be against killing a pregnant 10 year old. 10 year old can die giving birth

That’s not undeniable. But I’m also very much against someone wanting to have a 10-ye-old, and medical care is much better. You still can’t give any reason why the child should die for the choice of another.
