On the other hand your cult leader is VERY competent to stand trial. And so far, out of something like 70 jurists, not a single one has failed to either indict or convict him. That means he is pretty stinking incompetent as a criminal. Or a president. Or a father. Or a husband. Or an American. Or a human being.
