Vernon: Well, for me, it was a different story. I was deployed with squad 305, and it was a frozen hell from start to finish. Destroyed Drones, presumed traitors left and right, having to kill innocent lives... I didn't follow orders, and was about to be killed, but the Gas Mask Man saved my life... and I followed his order to make a team of betrayed mercs to rise up and eliminate all mercenary presence, protecting the Worker Drones every step of the way.
(You gotta remember Vernon originated from Scavenger's Story, an Off The Record version of Murder Drones.)
