Aye. I know a woman who walked out of the old Soviet Union when her currently late middle aged children were still little more than toddlers. She and her husband managed to get them out and then sought asylum in a U.S. Embassy. They eventually became proud new citizens.

She said that Russian/Soviet STEM subjects were top of the line but that Soviet history was nothing more than a hogwash of fantasy. She didn't know most of what U.S. students were once taught as facts-based history until she got to the the U.S. herself and began studying for her citizenship.

Not really. They teach barebones facts and then 'interpret' them through leftist filter of Social Science; which is really leftist ideology with a false patina of soft science. That's the soft-science field that about a decade ago it was discovered that around 98% of its base of research and experiments could not be conducted again to produce the same results.

It turned out that leftist professors and sundry other 'experts' in the field had determined ahead of time what the results SHOULD BE and then twisted the experiments and research in order to make those results happen.

But I was raised conservative and everything the schools taught aligned with my parent's politics. (republican) They even taught us about trickle down economics. That's the furthest thing from leftism.

As I also said, the same 'facts' were taught but the Social Science leftist SPIN on those facts were added. At first it was just a little bit here and there but as decades 'progressed' more and more leftist interpretations of the fact became official dogma in U.S. history courses.

Since I spent many years teaching kids how to pass leftist run U.S. history courses -- how to present leftist approved spin on facts -- I stand by my assessment. But I acknowledge that individual experiences and perceptions may vary from region to region.

How? Cuz when we learned about communism and the cold war, It was presented the same way to us as everyone in my church. And even across state borders, I've never heard of the so called "leftist version".

Well, the U.N. is backing HAMAS and so, too, is Joe Biden . . . depending on which day of the week he's trying to appeal to the radical youth voting block of the Dem Party.

That's stupid, of course; since if they bother to vote at all for president, they vote by party affiliation and the newest popular thing. Instead of appealing to the already locked in Dem Party core, Biden's handlers should have doddering Dementia-Man trying to win over political independents.

Biden's numbers would rise if he were to say, "That's it! We are backing Israel all the way; and HAMAS needs to do the right thing for their people and surrender!" His polling numbers would actually rise with political independents.

The sad part is, he will never say that, all he say that we will give aid to Gaza, but we all know who he really is giving aid to. But i did make a meme about him and some naive leftists.

Good meme. All Biden is really doing is extending the war -- and thus suffering -- by giving aid to the enemy of Israel. If the U.S. had instead told Israel; get in there and get done what you have to do -- which IS what Trump would have told them -- then this would already be over with.
