Yup... he was looking at his third strike. If they wanted to have a fair trial for those officers they would have allowed the truth in the court that they did everything by the book. They refused testimony for that and they also refused entry of the police training manual.

The also refused Floyd’s prior ingestion of fentanyl to avoid arrest.
