Always has been. Was way before runaway inflation. Has nothing to do with this meme.

I don't deny that price collusion exists. It has always existed, but that is not what's driving higher prices now. Inflation is driving today's higher prices. The Establishment is trying to convince everyone that today's higher prices are mostly caused by "corporate greed" so it doesn't have to accept any responsibility. It's a lie. Deficit spending and printing money to pay for it is the cause of today's higher prices. Today's higher prices are due to inflation, not corporate greed.

Maybe you're right, Moda. The Fed can print all the money it wants with no effect to the economy. Why do they even collect taxes? makes no sense. They don't need my money. They can print all they need.

US Government sells bonds to itself. This is a fact. The US dollar is so strong compared to other currencies that it can do some of this without too much damage, but the Biden Administration is printing record amounts, Trillions. Deficit spending and creating new money to cover the gap are the main drivers of current inflation. War in Ukraine affecting energy prices is also a factor.
