It comes down to the definition of politics. Consider that wearing a U.S. flag patch is considered political but wearing a rainbow flag patch is not. Being a patriot is political? When a nation has reached that point of cultural devolution, it's in deep trouble.

Yeah,... cus the U.S. flag is a nationalist symbol and a rainbow is a cultural identity... Besides, it's technically illegal to wear the American flag on clothes. By the government.

I'm ok with kids wearing flags tho. I'm not ok with politicians. Nobody should honor a politician like that period. I don't take you seriously if you buy a politician's merch.
