That's one way to look at it. Another way to look at it is, if gas cars are banned, it'll be at a production level. You'll still be able to buy gas cars from foreign countries, but electric cars will become just as cheap as regular ones, and they'll cost everyone less in gas. That way we won't have to worry about gas prices.
