yeah, i do agree it has been milked to death, but in this case rightfully so, imo; sure, gen z and the previous ones all had some form of brainrot of their own (be it weird Team Fortrees 2 and Garry's Mod animations, Annoying Orange, or whatever) but for gen alpha it's different because they get handed a phone/tablet by their parents at like 2 years old to keep them occupied, which — who would've guessed — ain't good for a developing child, whereas we got devices at usually an older age where its impact wasn't as major... yes, there WAS an impact to be sure, and depending on the age and content it can vary: for example, stupid me got my ipad at around 5 to 6 years old, but back then i virtually only used it to play Minecraft, maybe videos of some mod reviews for it, and that's about it, so while i definitely did receive some early brainrotting or whatnot it's nowhere near as bad as toddlers watching their cocomelons, amongusses, and skibidi toilets

no, i'm talking 2005-2008. i was born in 05, graduating high school this year, and holy crap... some of these people are legally considered adults and they act like middle schoolers
