That is subject to interpretation, klk, unless you think you have the only opinion of worth around here. To refer to the artist as 'failed' is a big stretch. His title of "Three Great Presidents" was appropriate and had he chosen "Four Great Presidents", he might well have included Washington.

Jon McNaughton is my favorite artist, a huge talent as well as a strong Conservative voice conveyed through his amazing artistry. I think he is deserving of way more than your subjective comment. The funny thing is that you had no problem with me labeling the two buffoons in the lower pic as "Two Clowns". So, I guess we do agree on that...:)

Indeed. It wasn't three 'greatest' Presidents, but great Presidents. Clearly articulated. I agree that President Washington would have been a fine inclusion to the piece under either title but since the artist chose the faces they wished to portray, there was no failure. Had the artist wished to portray a bowl of fruit and vegetables, then the lower piece of..work would have sufficed quite well. Well chosen subjects for each style Mrs Backman.🎨🖌️👍⬆️

Said the artist failed with this piece. And he did. Washington was much greater than Lincoln. So the artist was not referred to as failed, the art piece was. Yes the title is factually correct, it is three greats, but definitely not the three greatest. Quite frankly not sure Trump is in the top three either. Not sure who’d make #3 after Washington and Reagan.

As a strong conservative myself, the bottom one is aptly named, so glad you agree there.
