It’s actually a good thing Ukraine gave up nukes. With Zalenskyy being too much of a war hawk he would use them if he had them.

The US and UK agreed to support Ukraine’s sovereignty, borders and defense if attacked.
The west was concerned corrupt Ukraine officials would sell nukes in the black market to terrorists. Ukraine was concerned with being invaded by Russia.

Yes, precisely. What interests me is that so far as I have heard no U.S. politician has explained this to the citizens of the United States. They simply say that we must pay and support The Ukraine without saying why.

This is probably because none of them asked U.S. citizens about cutting that particular deal in the first place. They simply did it decades ago without making sure that citizens understood the resulting obligation involved in the nuclear disarmament.

They knew & then MADE it happen by running bioweapon labs there. IMO
