So he can't run in 2024! But then we would have to admit the election was stolen.

Exactly. And I won’t be surprised if they admit it after he wins in November when Biden is lame duck and nothing to lose. DQ Trump and force Constitutional crisis.
The constitution getting in the way again. No wonder Globalists hate it so much.

Why bother? He can just lob a cruise missile toward mar-a-lardass and claim he has full immunity for what he did while President, and play back four years worth of right-wing commentary in support of that claim.

There is no claim of immunity. There IS immunity. But since Trump did nothing wrong no issues.

No, there really isn't, unless you're proposing Biden has the right to assassinate his opponent without facing repercussions beyond a show-trial impeachment that would fail to convict.

if Biden did that, impeachment would happen and the trial would find him guilty. You're grasping at straws. Fact remains Trump did nothing wrong outside of the imaginations of bed wetting liberals.

You assume the other party will take their duty more seriously than those who were seated to judge Trump's extortion of Ukraine or his failed coup on January 6th.
It would still require 60 votes in the Senate, and I'm not sure you'd find those once the orange smear was wiped away.
