Nobody who pays attention to Biden can say with a straight face that he has lost ANY of his faculties - let alone all of them. Simple fact is, Biden is a freaking badass and a true patriot and has all of his wits about him and your boy can't hold a candle to him in anything even close to a fair matchup.
