Yes, my POTUS had documents, which as POTUS he was allowed to have. (don't go ballistic and please note the use of the past tense) Unlike when Biden stole his documents, Trump had the power to classify and de-classify, whether you like that or not. So the question related to Trump is, did he take whatever steps are necessary to declassify the documents before he took them? That will be adjudicated.
Regardless, I don't know how anyone can compare Trump and Biden, since Biden had documents that under absolutely no circumstance whatsoever was he allowed to have. NONE.
And time for a civics lesson... good grief, why do I always have to do this with liberals? Trump WAS impeached twice. He was never convicted. Please learn how impeachment works, because it looks like that info will be of interest to you pretty soon, since there appears to be waaaaay more evidence of Biden's wrong-doing than the made up crap the libtards used when they impeached Trump.
Regarding the "conviction", you better enjoy that while you can. Once it goes to appeal it will likely be overturned because the judge in the case has worse TDS than you do. While having TDS is perfectly legal, issuing summary judgments and denying a defendant due process, then hitting them with outrageous fines is not. This judge, it seems, is unaware of the 8th Amendment.
Have you heard the comments of Cuban and O'Leary, neither of whom cares for Trump? They both point out some incredibly obvious things. Since you probably are unaware of any pro-Trump news, I will echo those points and say that the idiot AG in NY, James, is pretty much acting out the old saying about cutting off your nose to spite your face. She'll never get the money for the state, and any business person or corporation considering new business or expansion in NY is likely now to consider not doing so. Why? Because the precedent has been set that when no crime was committed, and there is no victim, the state of NY can seize your assets anyway. How do you like living in a fascist country like that?
As O'Leary pointed out, take Trump out of it and it's a fuster cluck. James will be gone (soon, hopefully) but the precedent will still be there. Problem for your side is that their pathetic lawfare tactics can (and likely will) be used against them. The left just isn't sharp enough to pick up on that. Apples. I hope they like 'em.
