Jeffrey is a sexual predator who often spams alts and creates accounts in order to post lewd selfies and harass users. He usually posts pictures of himself in a mirror wearing nothing but thongs and that sort of thing. I'm not sure of the full history, but he has harassed many users and continuously breaks TOS with his images. Don't worry too much about him. He can't come here because of the rules we have on the stream. His accounts never last past 30 days.
