Never a good idea to become tyrannical over your populace when you have within your populace so many former members of your military with independent thought and the training to fight back. It sure isn't about saving money. The Dems wouldn't allocate funds to build a wall under President Trump but "wanted" to under biden so they could get money for "other countries".
