So, LarryCaird,
effectively, what you're saying by concurring with this judge,
is that as acting POTUS, President Orange Man in Jan 2021
by attempting to uphold his oath of office to assure enforcement of
Article 1, Section 4 regarding elections in the Constitution; that by attempting this, he was actually exhibiting rebellion against the nation, or instigating an unarmed insurrection
(which unarmed, by definition is not an insurrection, nor coup).

You go with that.

All this appears allegedly as,
is a banana republic or Marxian-Socialist tactic to eliminate political opposition in colluded tyranny by the guy that got THE MOST VOTES IN HISTORY OF ALL POPULAR VOTES ever. If this actually happened, then their would be no need to destroy the opponents ability to be on the ballot in 2024.

The USA needs to send all BABY BOOMER Generation age candidates to the trash heap rubbish bin of history, put them out to pasture, and let them chew on their cuds, in their sunset years in peace.

The irony is that the 14th amendment in section 3 describes an insurrection and/or a rebellion.

One would have to believe as apparently Judge Porter does, that the J6 protest was participated in by the incumbent POTUS while in office, that it was indeed an insurrection or rebellion against the nation, and not a protest of the highly suspicious elections maneuver by one party of the two, to hastily and unconstitutionally change the voting rules and methods in violation of the U.S. Constitution.

In particular Article 1 Section 4 "The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof, but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations..." ...the whole complaint of the J6 peaceful protesters turned tumultuous had it's basis of dissent because SEVERAL STATES changed their voting regulations NOT BY THEIR STATE LEGISLATORS CONVENING TO WRITE LAWS that change their previous laws, yet hastily by either a governor, or a state supreme court decision WHICH IS NOT A CONGRESS, NOR A LEGISLATURE of any said state as specifically prescribed in the Constituion.

This is still not okay. They did not convene, not even by Zoom to hastily include vote by mail, or whatever else they did under the guise of the extremely tyrannical "Lockdown responses to fear of an airborne virus" in these swing states and the methods of counting votes to alter the eventual outcome.

Ironic you bring up Lincoln, whom as one of 4 candidates, controversially limped across the finish line to be 'Awarded' the office. Not exactly an 81 million Vote getter, as is claimed Biden hauled in.

The Republic appears as if allegedly it has been replaced
by a one-party Marxian-Socialist Democracy Regime.

Angela Davis is smiling for Herbert Marcuse over it, jumping for joy allegedly. Nikita Kruschev, as translated in his memoirs, by Bill Clinton's deputy Secretary of State, may be imagined to be laughing in his predicitons of ruining the USA from within all the way from his residence in Hot-Hell.

There is that. There is also that Lincoln signed his Secretary of War Edwin Stanton's plan known as Sherman's Field Order No. 15 which in an overeach, seized land owned by U.S. Citizens w/o just compensation for their loss of property value, a direct contrast to the Fifth Amendment eminent domain clause of the U.S. Constitution Lincoln was Sworn as POTUS to uphold.

Apparently even allegedly darling Marxists Ketanji Brown Jackson, Elena Kagan, and Sonia Sotomayor concurred , and voted that this Meme is the pure folly of fools and foolishness.

As such, One can imagine that Kagan, Jackson, and Sotomayors vote reflects directly upon
